When deciding on the products we wanted to sell at CHILDRENSHEIRLOOMS.COM there were some very important factors to be considered. First, we determined the products should be made of the highest quality materials and safe. It is with this same concern and care that we have committed ourselves to selling only the finest and safest products.

When our three year old son/nephew indicated he would like a picnic table just like the big one, so he could sit comfortably with his friends and family , we started out by shopping all of the local department stores searching for a suitable child size table. Finding no luck there, we combed through several years of wood working magazines looking for plans to build one, but found none . Relying on years of woodworking experience, we decided to design and build one for ourselves.

This sturdy child sized picnic table is the perfect addition to any backyard, park, beach, playground, or inside the house as a play table! Our child size picnic table is made of high quality unfinished 2" x 4" cedar wood boards, and held together using weather resistant screws and bolts. The edges of the top and benches are rounded for safety, and comfort. We felt safety should be paramount in our design decision along with being attractive and practical.

The child's size picnic table is designed to last a lifetime and to be passed down from generation to generation. Our picnic table is truly a CHILDREN'S HEIRLOOM!
