1.     What do I get when I order the plans?
Included in the plans package are two detailed views of the picnic table, front and side. Also included is a list of required materials, color photos of assembled picnic table and assembly instructions.

2.     If I purchase an unfinished table, do I need to do any additional preparation?
All of our unfinished tables come prepared for finishing. You may need to do some light sanding and then wipe it down with a tack cloth to remove the dust.

3.     Is there any special care required for your children's picnic table?
All of our unfinished items must be treated or finished in some manner since the cedar wood will ultimately dry out. To keep its natural beauty, any oil finish, such as tung oil or lemon oil, may be used. Otherwise, staining, varnishing, or painting are recommended.

4.    Do you have a guarantee?
Our tables are guaranteed, under normal use. We also guarantee the utmost in quality and design to give you many years of enjoyment.

5.     What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your picnic table, you can receive a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping costs within ten (10) days of delivery. Plans are not returnable or refundable.

6.     Are different sizes or custom items available?
We have one standard size for our children's picnic table. See products page for rough dimensions.

7.    When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

8.     Do you sell in quantity?
We will gladly wholesale our product to craftspeople, other companies for resale, or to companies for gifts. There is a minimum purchase to receive a discount. Please call for a price quote.
