1.     What do I get when I order the plans?
Included in the plans package are three detailed views of the workbench, front, side and back. Also included are a list of required materials, color photos of assembled workbench, and assembly instructions.

2.      If I purchase an unfinished workbench, do I need to do any additional preparation?
All of our unfinished workbenches come prepared for finishing. You may need to do some light sanding and then wipe it down with a tack cloth to remove the dust.

3.      Is there any special care required for your children's workbench?
All of our unfinished items should be treated or finished in some manner since the hardwood will ultimately dry out. To keep its natural beauty, any oil finish, such as tung oil or lemon oil, may be used. Otherwise, staining, varnishing, or painting are recommended.

4.     Do you have a guarantee?
Our workbenches are guaranteed, under normal use. We also guarantee the utmost in quality and design to give you many years of enjoyment and use.

5.     What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your workbench, you can receive a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping costs within ten (10) days of delivery. Plans are not returnable or refundable.

6.     Are different sizes or custom items available?
We have one standard size for our children's workbench.

7.     When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

8.     Do you sell in quantity?
We will gladly wholesale our product to craftspeople, other companies for resale, or to companies for gifts. There is a minimum purchase to receive a discount. Please call for a price quote.
